All new service jobs are created through using Online with New Service Delivery. If you’re a developer or builder, you’ll use this Web-based system for new construction projects that require new gas or electrical service, including job initiation, scheduling and tracking.

CPS Energy offers a three-hour training course that will enable you and your company to request service for current and future projects. Using your tax identification number and a password provided at the completion of the training session, you or your representative can complete service applications or check the status of any of your New Service requests. All New Service customers must complete this brief course and be qualified to initiate requests through this portal.
