CPS Energy is encouraging a "staged approach" to commercial efficiency efforts.  The important elements of this approach include lighting, roofing, and heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC)/Chiller measures.  While we rebate each of these individually, we encourage our customers to implement lighting retrofits first, then move to roofing replacement, and finally to resizing of HVAC systems with high efficiency units.  This provides a better opportunity to sustain reductions for specific facilities. Even more, this approach offers very significant power reductions overall for CPS Energy and the customer. 

Rebates also are offered for photovoltaic (PV) installations, high efficiency motors, and window coatings.
